The document recommends the Government to set up an organizational committee to prepare and hold the celebration, and tackle its financial and material-technical support.
The State Committee for television and radio broadcasting of Ukraine shall broadcast the thematic television and radio programs, and provide media coverage of the celebration of the 90th anniversary of Dmytro Lutsenko.
The document also contains recommendations for Ukrposhta, Ukrainian Post State Enterprise as to the issue of thematic post stamps.
